Exhibition of works made by Kristýna Kužvartová, Michaela Režová and Taja Spasskova. We presented works which were made in Košice on the festival White night 2014, this festival is traditionally located in Košice (Slovakia). This city was European capital of culture 2013, so we can say that this city gave to Pilsen imaginary culture baton. Culture is coming to Vestředu gallery!

EXHIBITION AND NIGHT DRAWING MARATHON - FESTIVAL WHITE NIGHT - KOŠICE                                                                                04/10/2014

 

POP-UP GALLERY VESTŘEDU KOŠICE 2014

Gallery Vestředu presented on festival White night project of Kristýna Kužvartová - TAILORED and drawing marathon on the topic "WHITE MOON". Me and Taja Spasskova were succesfull in opencall so we worked on desks of size 260 x 120 cm. 

Except the marathon each of us prepared an exhibition of one serie of drawings . In my case were shown cycle of illustration from MAIN TRAIN STATION. Works were exhibited for one month.

At the date 6th of June our group Dravej plameňák bombed the city again and brought a bit of the light in Pilsen streets. We draw and painted on the big transparent foil. We repeated this action again - 12.6.

Gourmet dinner full of movies.

Night when ateliers of ani-mation from FDULS in Pilsen, UMPRUM, FAMU and FDU UJEP Ústí nad Labem connected their creations. We made an evening full of screenings animated movies, videomappings in or in front of the cinema  BIO OKO, we made film kitchen and Studio 120 - future film studio. We prepared instalations in different places. You could expect them or no.

 

In screenings was my movie FALL.

 

I was one of the main organizators and dramaturges.

DRAVEJ PLAMEŇÁK - TRAVELLING HEADS OF TRAVELERS                                                                                                                              11/04/2014

 

Exhibition with group Dravej plameňák. On the theme Travelling heads of travelers we made instalation, mostly drawings, on lights in underpass to Main train station in Pilsen. Everyone of us worked on 3 pieces each of size 70x25cm. We wanted to make this ugly place more warm and calm. 

 

Installation was made at Friday 11.4. v 20.30.

Collective exhibition with my classmates from Pilsen university. With Vojta Žák, student of Animation and interactive art, Marie Novotná and Taja Spasskova, students of illustration. On exhibitions we presented new cycles of illustrations. We also organized screening of animated movies.

AMAZING THAILAND                                                                  15/11-14/12/2012

 

Amazing Thailand - theme of art competition organized by Thailand embassy for students of FDU in Pilsen.

I participated with my painting Beauty of tradition and I won. This exhibition introduced more then 20 paintings in competition which show people's imagination about Thailand, people who are living there, nature or culture.

Accept my painting there also were paintings of two other winners:

Jiří Krejčiřík - Greeny Grass and Golden Elephants

Part of the exhibition were also photographs an drawings, which we together made in Thailand.

Exhibition organized by KYČN group in underpass between streets Resslova and Radobyčická in Pilsen.

We wanted transform ordinary public place into real gallery and after that, check every day, how will people react. What will stay, what will change and what will disapeare.
